About the position

Implement, attend to and channel the technological needs of the external client to guarantee the correct performance of the operation, as well as transmit to them the requirements on failures presented in search of a solution.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the presentation, contact and follow-up by the IT department with new customers, identifying the technological needs for the development of their operation within the company.
  • Transmit the technological requirements and specifications for the correct preparation of the technological equipment carried out by IT technical support, providing the guides or configuration sheets per client.
  • Provide accompaniment and assistance in the functionality testing of new technological implementations of customers.
  • Keep the documentation of guides or configuration sheets updated for each customer.
  • Execute the technological implementation processes of clients adjusting it to the needs of the company.
  • Execute the correct connection between IT technical support and the customer's technical support, escalating the different incidents presented in the systems that affect the operation in search of solutions.
  • Compose the required documentation from the IT department to the client, informing the operating agreements, progress, incident reporting, among others.

Experience and Education

  1. Professional in electronic, telecommunications, networking, systems engineering or related careers
  2. 2 years experience as an engineer or after-sales or support, pre-sales
  3. English proficiency intermediate level B2+ / advanced
  4. Knowledge of operating systems, software and hardware.
  5. Basic knowledge of networks.
  6. Knowledge of office automation computer systems.
