Role Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you are the dynamic link between our company and potential clients. Utilize channels like cold emails, calls, social selling, networking and seize the opportunity to navigate the sales process from discovery to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
· Trust your knowledge and showcase your skills by making impactful outbound calls that will exceed our key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Engage in assertive written communications, whether through email, chat, or social media, and strive to surpass goals based on performance metrics
· Immerse yourself in our clients' service offerings to ensure you understand and promote their unique solutions correctly
· Ensure call disposition and notation in our client's cutting-edge CRM or assigned tools
· Follow guidelines and policies with precision, aligning seamlessly with client expectations and leveraging your previous training
· Be ready for a job that goes beyond the ordinary, with additional exciting responsibilities that will keep you challenged and fulfilled
Required Skills:
· Minimum 1 year of sales experience (business development + appointment setting or sales)
· Staffing/logistics/Saas experience is not a must but a plus
· Ability to read, write and fluently speak in Spanish and English
· Self-confidence and communication effectiveness
· Conversation starter and social seller
