Lead and manage the Business Partner HR area, ensuring alignment between human resources strategies and business objectives. Act as a strategic partner to operational and administrative areas, providing expert advice and comprehensive solutions in talent management. Establish a strategic connection between HR, the client, and the business, ensuring guidance, advisory support, and focus on corporate strategy through close interaction with employees across different accounts, promoting employee experience and benefits.
Main responsibilities:
- Diagnose organizational health, propose solutions, and act as a change leader.
- Develop Change Management strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Leverage People Analytics to drive strategic decisions based on accurate data.
- Oversee HR budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources allocated for employee professional development.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches to diagnose and improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Translate data analysis findings into practical strategies and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.
- Ensure effective execution of key processes such as performance evaluations, continuous feedback, development plans, and transparent internal promotions.
- Lead talent initiatives including recruitment, compensation, organizational culture, structure design, and employee development.
- Manage Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum of four (6) years of prior experience as an HRBP professional across different business areas.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English (B2/C1).
