Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services for the company. You will work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.

Purchase Orders and Contracts: Manage the creation and execution of purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to timelines.

Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring reliable delivery and quality standards.

Cost Optimization: Monitor market trends, evaluate cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient inventory replenishment and stock management.

Required Skills:

· English Fluency (B2 High - C1)

. Experience in RFP.

. Use of E-sourcing software in sourcing.

· Dynamism, empathy, and a positive attitude are vital in the process

· Ability to Multitask
