Role Description:

The Account Management Representatives oversees managing any needs or situations that might arise within the assigned accounts. This includes invoicing and order closing, tracking, appointment setting for delivery and pick-ups, they are also responsible for working with the sales representative in the development of new accounts, for operational and strategic support, conducting meetings and evaluations to identify business opportunities and growth with new clients.

Responsibilities:

· Strategic analysis of the offers received for loads coverage, through negotiation skills and the ability to identify market situations that may define variation in rates in order to review the best option and ensure approval of the most competitive rate for each lane.

· Booking tendered loads received via email.

· Setting appointments for pick-ups and deliveries.

· Tracking the loads to make sure the carrier will meet the pick-up and delivery appointments.

· Overseeing any need or situation that may happen within the assigned accounts.

· Provide excellent customer service experience to NFI’s clients.

· Escalating cases to the different teams within NFI to provide solutions to the clients when applicable.

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge:

· Mid/High English Level (B2 Mid)

· More than 1 year of experience in Logistics processes.

· Bachelor's degree related to the position.

· Outstanding multitasking skills

· Attention to detail.

· Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

· Advanced English level (conversational and written).

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures.

· Professionalism.

· Knowledge of effective strategies to enhance work productivity.

· Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (“TMS”).

· Advanced Logistics Knowledge.
