Role description:

- Good Communication and Writting Skills

- Entry level experience in general, more than 6 months

- Intermediate Excel

- Basic Data Analyst Experience

Essential Job Duties:

• Act as the primary point-of-contact for training participants.
• Track, report and inform management of employee participation or assessment results.
• Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate and manage through all training logistics to ensure teammates have successful training experiences and outcomes.
• Manage enrollment process for training courses related to specified designations.
• Carry out action plans with teammates and field management to resolve training performance opportunities and exceptions.
• Other Duties as assigned.
