• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports used across the organization.
• Partner with the data engineering team to define and validate foundational datasets within the Azure Data Lake (bronze/silver/gold layers).
• Translate business requirements into robust data models using DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices (star/snowflake schemas).
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure consistency and accuracy in all published reports.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to capture requirements, validate data definitions, and align reporting logic with the enterprise data dictionary.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and task documentation through Azure DevOps.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, transformations, and visualization logic, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.
• Assist with metadata alignment and support initiatives related to Master Data
• Management (MDM) and future data governance implementations.
• Provide data insights and support ad-hoc analyses to enable informed decision-making across business units

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
● Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
● Working knowledge of Azure Data Lake and modern data architecture concepts
(bronze/silver/gold layers).
● Experience with Azure DevOps for documentation and sprint tracking.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to data accuracy.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both
technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have Skills

● Basic experience with SQL (T-SQL or ANSI SQL) for querying and data validation.
● Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, AS400, and HTI —
particularly in understanding data structures and extracting key insights.

• Experience with data visualization process mapping tools (Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, or MDM tools (e.g., Purview, Collibra).
• Understanding of customer, vendor, or product master data modeling.
• Interest in automation and scripting (e.g., Python) for data validation or API integration.
• Exposure to Salesforce and SAP financial data domains (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Master Data).
