What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with deep experience testing Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystems across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management domains. This role is responsible for validating end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, ensuring data integrity, security compliance, and seamless authentication/authorization experiences across integrated systems.
The ideal candidate combines strong automation skills with a solid understanding of IAM architectures, including identity provisioning, authentication flows, and privileged access controls


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/testing within IAM environments
  • Strong understanding of IAM domains:
    • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Access Management (SSO, MFA, Federation)
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or equivalent
  • Experience validating end-to-end identity lifecycle processes
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols:
    • SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Experience testing integrations with HR systems such as PeopleSoft HCM
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients, or similar)
  • Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP)
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills in distributed systems
