Position Title: Access Management Specialist

What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud to manage and scale a large, enterprise-grade identity environment. The platform recently migrated from SailPoint IdentityIQ (September 2025) and supports a complex ecosystem with high identity volumes and extensive integrations. This role requires an API-first mindset, strong integration experience, and the ability to design and maintain scalable identity lifecycle processes across cloud and on-prem systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (formerly IdentityNow)
- Strong prior experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, especially migration scenarios
- Proven experience managing large-scale IAM environments (20K+ identities, high connector volume)
- Working knowledge with REST APIs and API-first integration design
- Hands-on experience integrating with:
- PeopleSoft
- Active Directory / LDAP
- Working knowledge with middleware integration like (Node.js/Express-based services)
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and governance processes
- Experience with identity correlation, aggregation, and provisioning workflows
- Familiarity with cloud-based connector architectures and virtual appliances
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with event-driven architectures and webhooks
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security models
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD for IAM configurations
- Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript)
- Experience with audit, compliance, and reporting frameworks (SOX, ISO, etc.)
- SailPoint certifications
