Position Title: Mid Access Management

Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

This role provisions, modifies, and removes user access in accordance with established procedures, service expectations, and compliance requirements. Success in this position requires strong spreadsheet and data management skills, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in access management, user administration, Service Desk, application support, or a related IT operations role.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

  • Experience using Smartsheet or similar workflow, tracking, or reporting tools strongly preferred.

  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft EntraID, Okta, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise systems preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of detailed work accurately.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities with limited day-to-day direction.

  • Inquisitive problem-solver who asks thoughtful questions, identifies gaps, and seeks to understand the process behind the request.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality, consistency, and documentation accuracy.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priority, process, or business need.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent

  • professional experience.
