Position Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to build scalable dashboards, reports, and data models that support executive leadership and operational teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing Power BI solutions, strong analytical skills, and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions.

• Experience with logistics, supply chain, Warehousing or any related.

• Strong experience building dashboards, reports, and semantic data models using Power BI. (Desktop, Service, Dataflows, Semantic Models, Composite Models, Incremental Refresh, Tabular Editor, DAX studio )

• Strong experience with complex DAX, Calculation groups, field parameters, dynamic measure selection, etc.

• Strong experience in SQL including complex joins, window functions, stored procedures, query optimization, data validation, etc.

• Familiarity with data modeling, star schema, fact/dimension, performance

• Experience building reporting and visualization solutions like executive dashboards, KPI score cards, financial dashboards, etc.

• Experience with Microsoft Data Platform services such as : Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage, Fabric, OneLake, Direct Lake.

• Experience supporting executive-level KPIs and operational reporting.

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and business intelligence concepts.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
