Currently, we are seeking a Master Data Management Associate to support a U.S.-based organization with the maintenance, accuracy, and administration of master data. This entry-level role will focus on processing data-related requests, reviewing information for completeness and accuracy, maintaining records across business systems, and communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

What you will be doing:
As a Master Data Management Associate, you will support the day-to-day maintenance and administration of master data across internal systems and applications. You will process data requests, review information for accuracy and completeness, update records, and help ensure that information is maintained consistently.
The position requires frequent use of Microsoft Excel and email, along with clear communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You may also work with ServiceNow, iSeries, web-based applications, SQL-generated reports, and Valance loads as part of established data management processes.
This is an entry-level position suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured information, and able to follow documented processes accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain master data records across designated systems and applications.
Review incoming data requests and supporting information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Create, update, and validate records following established procedures and business rules.
Use Microsoft Excel to organize, review, compare, and validate data.
Monitor and manage email communications related to data requests, updates, and follow-ups.
Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information or clarify data requirements.
Support data-related requests and workflows through ServiceNow and other designated applications.
Review system-generated and SQL-generated reports to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
Assist with Valance loads and other established data-loading processes as required.
Document completed updates and maintain accurate records of activities.
Escalate incomplete requests, data discrepancies, or system issues to the appropriate team member.
Follow established procedures, quality standards, and approval processes when making data changes.
Protect the confidentiality and integrity of business and supplier information.
Support additional administrative and data management activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
0–1 year of experience in data entry, data management, administrative support, product data, or a related field.
High school diploma or GED.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, preferably B2 or higher.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to accurately enter, review, organize, and maintain structured data.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
Ability to follow documented procedures, business rules, and approval processes.
Comfortable working with email and web-based business applications.
Basic analytical skills and ability to review reports and compare information.
Ability to work on-site in Guatemala and follow a Mountain Time schedule.
Nice to Have Skills
College coursework in Business, Supply Chain, Data Management, or a related field.
Previous experience with master data, product data, supplier information, or administrative data processes.
Experience using ServiceNow, iSeries, Microsoft Teams, or similar business systems.
Familiarity with SQL-generated reports or report-based data validation.
Exposure to bulk data uploads, Valance loads, or other structured data-loading processes.
Experience working within a Windows-based environment.
Familiarity with supplier, product, inventory, or supply chain data.
