ABOUT THIS ROLE
LVT is seeking a driven Campaigns & Project Intern to drive operational efficiency across the Marketing department. Reporting directly to the Campaigns & Project Manager, you will be instrumental in prioritizing creative intake, managing deadlines, and ensuring our marketing strategy is executed for maximum ROI. By the end of this internship, you will have mastered end-to-end project management within a high-growth environment, gained experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, and events), and developed a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing performance.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Campaign Planning by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure every campaign aligns with overarching marketing objectives.
Architect Project Frameworks, creating detailed plans, timelines, and budgets to provide clear roadmaps for campaign success.
Support Execution & Implementation across various channels, including digital, social media, and events, to bring marketing initiatives to life.
Coordinate Creative Production, working alongside design teams to develop compelling, on-brand assets that resonate with our audience.
Optimize Performance by monitoring campaign data and providing actionable insights for real-time adjustments.
Enhance Departmental Efficiency by prioritizing the intake of work and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds deadlines.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration, acting as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design to ensure integrated effort and brand cohesion.
