ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a friendly, ambitious professional to serve as the face of LVT. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage daily front-office operations and execute a variety of administrative and clerical tasks essential to our workspace. As a member of the People Operations team, you will also play a key role in supporting our culture through company events, our swag store, and internal initiatives. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting and welcoming guests, candidates, and partners upon arrival.
Support Talent Acquisition by coordinating and scheduling interviews with potential candidates and the hiring team.
Manage front-office communications, including answering, screening, and directing incoming calls and inquiries.
Maintain office security and safety, following established procedures to control access via the reception desk, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
Oversee administrative logistics, including the sorting and distribution of mail/deliveries and maintaining updated records of office expenses.
Facilitate high-level meetings by managing calendars, scheduling, and arranging travel, accommodations, and necessary vouchers.
Ensure a presentable workspace, maintaining the reception area and coordinating necessary stationery and materials.
Support People Operations initiatives, including the management of the LVT swag store and the planning and execution of company events.
Perform essential clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and supporting general office needs.

On-Site Commitment: This is an in-office position; you must be willing and able to work daily at our physical headquarters.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
