Process Transformation: Drive the ideation and creation of scalable TA tools, including standardized interview rubrics, technical assessment frameworks, and recruiter playbooks that raise the bar for execution.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a talent advisor to the CTO, CPTO, and senior leadership, providing market intelligence and competitive data to influence technical hiring strategy and organizational design.
Candidate Experience Excellence: Optimize the technical candidate journey to ensure it is high-touch, professional, and a direct reflection of LVT’s brand values and innovative mission.
Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external TA vendors and technology providers, ensuring maximum ROI and seamless system integration.
Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy: Execute sophisticated outbound sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-performing technical pipelines in the SaaS and Hardware/IoT industries.
Mentorship & Team Elevation: Mentor and elevate fellow recruiting team members by coaching on operational best practices and sharing specialized knowledge in technical recruiting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Flex into other business areas as strategic priorities require, ensuring consistent delivery and operational standards across all hiring domains.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Masterful Sourcing: Deep expertise in advanced outbound sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to engage high-caliber passive talent.
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, data-backed strategic narratives to senior leadership.
Culture Builder: Passion for building high-performing teams and contributing to a positive, growth-based culture across the organization and within the TA function.
