Role Description

Seeking a Head of Monitoring Partners utilizing deep security and service delivery partner expertise to the organization to LVT.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for the day-to-day operation of monitoring centers and partners

-Establish processes and protocols on how to work with those partners

-Relationships with those partners

-Establish expectations and hold partners to performance metrics

-Responsible for building out monitoring partners' strategy

-Ability to gain influence cross-functionally to establish a monitoring strategy

-Maintain a low churn of monitoring partners once established

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Extensive experience in the security/monitoring industry (preferred video vs. burglary/alarm)

-Preferred: prior relationships with monitoring partners/companies - strong understanding of compliance
