Role Description

LiveView is in pursuit of a world-class learning facilitator who can facilitate learning experiences as well as create content and curriculum for in-person and online training. The learning team at LVT creates documents, imagery, videos, simulations, and all LMS content for their online learning platform. In addition to hosting online learning, an LVT learning facilitator offers live webinar and in-person training to support the online experience. This training is offered to clients, employees, and 3rd party partners. The LVT learning suite encompasses new hire employee onboarding and training, client product training, partner coaching, continued education for employees and clients, career progression and certification programs, and more!

Responsibilities

  • Produce and update world-class curriculum and learning resources for online and in-person learning experiences.
  • Use tools like our internal and external LMS, G Suite products, Camtasia, movie editing software, Adobe Suite products, Canva, Knowledge Bases, and more to create beautiful learning resources.
  • Train regularly in client-facing onboarding webinars, recurring product training webinars, on-site and in-person training, and more!
  • Facilitate the onboarding experience of our new and current employees.
  • Be an expert at LVT processes and procedures, our software and hardware products, the problems faced by our clients and industry, and providing consultative, prescriptive solutions to those problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Most importantly you have experience being employed previously as a software/hardware trainer or educator in a similar field
  • You have a demonstrable portfolio of training that you can share to show that you can talk the talk and walk the walk. This means that you can show how many hours you’ve trained in front of groups, how big those groups usually are, what learning and teaching methodologies you’ve learned and used, and your knowledge of adult learning principles, and examples of learning content you have created
  • You have experience facilitating learning on various platforms - WebX, Zoom, in-person, etc.
  • You have lots of experience actually creating curriculum, content, deliverables, and other material that pertains to custom training. You know how to create images, simple graphics, slideshows, one pagers, etc. that are branded, beautiful, and educationally effective
  • You can show that you are accustomed to documenting your work to provide learning metrics and performance-tracking data to your manager
  • You know your way around the G Suite of products
  • You have demonstrable experience with managing and contributing to an LMS
  • You may have experience writing step-by-step and how-to documentation in a manufacturing and software environment or similar environments
  • You have worked in a less structured environment in which you have been responsible for your own actions and you have not been given a detailed SOP to follow. In other words, you have proven that you can thrive in ambiguity
