Overview: We're hiring a Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing strategies. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with product teams, and driving go-to-market efforts to maximize product success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Define target markets and positioning strategies for products.
  2. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams for alignment.
    • Support sales enablement efforts with compelling messaging and materials.
  3. Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches.
    • Create product narratives and value propositions for differentiation.
  4. Marketing Campaigns and Content:
    • Develop integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand.
    • Create marketing collateral and content to support sales efforts.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
    • Use insights to inform product positioning and strategies.
  6. Metrics and Measurement:
    • Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
    • Analyze data to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience with successful product launches.
  • Have led a team and/or built a product marketing program from the ground up.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
