We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to connect our Marketing and Sales teams. Your job is to find new business opportunities by building relationships with potential customers. You'll need experience in lead generation, prospecting, and meeting sales goals. If you're a motivated team player with a proven track record, we want to hear from you! You'll help boost sales and fuel our long-term growth.


  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Account Whitespacing and strategic planning
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings, calls or demos with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and LVT’s unique value proposition
  • Stay up-to-date with our industry’s technology landscape


  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience as an SDR in SaaS and B2B settings
  • Proficiency in various sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Sales Challenger), as well as cold outreach and prospecting
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Collaborative team player, proactive problem solver, ambitious, and goal-oriented, with a knack for earning client trust. Consistently trustworthy.
  • Driven by competition, relentless in pursuit of excellence, consistently a top performer
  • Bonus: Familiarity with or experience selling in the surveillance or physical security sector
