ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role will report to the Senior Manager of GTM Analytics, Ryan Macdonald, and will be part of the Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations team plays a critical role at LVT, coordinating the efforts of all go to market functions, setting performance targets, and driving our revenue strategy. As an analyst, we need your help to ensure that we have the data we need to drive that strategy, and that we’re able to measure performance against company targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become the crime data expert: Leverage both external and internal crime data sources to empower the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams
  • Build and maintain a dataset of all locations for every potential customer in the country
  • Determine which accounts should be targeted, and which sales and marketing tools should be used to maximize win rates
  • Provide Data Analytics, Reporting, Insights, Modeling, and Strategic Guidance to all Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Presales, and Deal Desk
  • Develop and improve statistical and financial models to forecast expected performance and to plan budget requirements to achieve company targets
  • This is a role of endless growth; you will be expected to learn everything possible about the business and about the functions and needs of every team in the organization so that you can cater your output to maximize the impact on company success

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field
  • Mastery of at least one programming language (Python, R, SQL, or equivalent) is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges using data-driven approaches
  • Advanced understanding of data management practices, including data cleaning and preparation; experience in data engineering a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with geospatial & mapping tools (e.g., QGIS, OSM, Overture Maps, etc.) and shape files a plus
