ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for someone friendly and ambitious who can proudly represent themselves as the face of LVT. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage our front desk on a daily basis, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and participate as a member of People Operations, assisting with parties, our swag store, and more! RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and stock the break room with snacks
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and facilitate needs of important meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  • Assist in managing the swag store
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company events

QUALIFICATIONS
  • You are the face of the company. As such, it is required that you are charismatic, energetic, professional, and enthusiastic.
  • Organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Foster a customer service attitude
  • Can prioritize and multi-task
  • Must have reliable vehicle
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs
  • This role is an in office only position, you must be willing and able to work onsite
  • High School Diploma or GED
