ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Product Marketing Manager (Retail & Commercial Real Estate) supports the messaging and go-to-market playbook development for their respective verticals. Working with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation, the PMM is the connection point among the GTM team for internal/external messaging and serves as a subject matter expert for ‘why LVT’ for their verticals. The PMM also works with product management to influence and track product releases that serve the needs of Retail and CRED and launches strategic marketing campaigns for these offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain messaging, positioning, and sales playbooks specific to their verticals.
- Understand how and why buyers/stakeholders make technology decisions in their verticals.
- Work closely with Sales and Sales Enablement to deliver training, market insights, and industry-specific objection handling.
- Lead the development of customer-facing content (1-pagers, whitepapers, sales decks) that highlights industry-specific challenges and solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design industry-focused demand generation campaigns and align on messaging for relevant industry tradeshows.
- Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap and launch product releases relevant to their verticals’ needs.
- Act as the bridge between GTM teams, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Industry Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a related GTM role.
- Experience in the Retail industry or supporting Retail-focused products is a strong plus.
- Strong ability to translate product capabilities into compelling messaging tailored for verticalized audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing sales and marketing collateral.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt messaging to meet evolving industry needs.
