JOB SUMMARY
The PaceMate® Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in leading high-priority strategic, system transformational, or major/complex foundational projects within the PaceMate System. They collaborate with strategic leadership teams, senior executives, operational leaders, and providers to define Project Success. This position is fully responsible for coordinating the overall portfolio and/or program of related work, including managing workstreams and related projects. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership across multiple departments and partner organizations, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. crucial role in overseeing and delivering projects related to cardiac monitoring software platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution. Provides direction and administrative project management oversight for several departments’ projects related to sales and onboarding of new customers. Responsible for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of all phases of Project management from initial sale through customer onboarding. Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of project management teams to achieve target outcomes. Collaborates with Sales Team, Operational Team ( I needed your spreadsheet to word this function) to continually improve project management team efficiencies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Project Leadership: Responsible for the coordinated management of multiple pieces/projects directed towards strategic business and organizational objectives with minimal supervision.
- Lead and guide project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources effectively, optimizing team productivity.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and control guidelines.
- Integration and Solutions: Collaborate with technical teams to build and integrate solutions.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Test networks, diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical concerns.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science,
- Healthcare Administration, Business or in an area of specialty is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as approved by the department director.
- Certification(s) in the area of specialty or project management is a plus.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or medical device industries.
- Proven experience in overseeing or participating in executing the design and implementation of technical projects for software, systems, or products.
- Strives to lead and encourage strong, multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while remaining flexible to understand both business and technical perspectives.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals on all levels throughout the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent planning, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Familiar with standard Business & IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Wiliness to perform a variety of tasks.

- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with cardiac monitoring technologies and related systems.

- Teach project management skills and best practices.
- Experience within the CV, Healthcare IT or capital equipment markets required
- Experience working with health records and medical device data preferred.
- Experience working with relational databases preferred.
