The MYMOVE team at Red Ventures is seeking a full time Business Development Representative who will work closely with the Sales team to identify and cultivate new relationships with top brands who would be ideal advertisers for our mover audience. This fast-paced, dynamic role will be a great fit for someone who is interested in becoming a foundational part of a growing sales organization within an already thriving vertical.

What You'll do:

  • Cold call, email, and engage with potential advertisers
  • Timely follow up with leads and active cadence of communications
  • Qualify leads and set meetings for our Business Development team
  • Help build and maintain lead lists
  • Track outreach and communication within our Salesforce CRM
  • Educate leads on how MYMOVE can help them meet marketing and customer acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with the data ops and partnerships team to create data supported go to market case studies and marketing materials.
  • Meet goals consistently

What We're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experienced with outbound or inside sales communications: Emailing, cold-calling, reaching out on LinkedIn
  • Proficient in digital environment with working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience working within a sales team and meeting goals
  • Experience selling digital and or print products.
  • Self-motivated and excited to meet goals
  • Excited to work in a dynamic, growing, fast-paced environment
  • Confident and comfortable talking with high-level prospects
  • Desire to gain sales experience and potentially grow into a partnership executive role over time

Compensation

  • USA Compensation Range: $(Bottom of National band-Top of National Band)*
