Account Manager | Coverage

Coverage.com, Red Ventures’ Insurance business, is seeking an Account Manager to support our insurance carrier relationships. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact between Coverage and our carriers. You’ll work with the Coverage insurance leadership team to manage partnerships that positively impact Coverage’s revenue opportunity and work closely with the Product and Engineering Teams to facilitate a better online and offline experience.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and support carrier relationships, including onboarding of new carriers and tracking carrier profitability by maintaining an ongoing, proactive relationship between the agency and carriers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between agency and carriers and facilitate sharing of information between carriers, agency leadership, agents, and Coverage product team
- Prepare agendas, use and develop reports to present performance data
- Maintain current and accurate records of carrier communications and opportunities
- Track integration performance between Coverage’s consumer facing quoting platform and carriers and identify opportunity areas to improve performance and submit solutions to ensure rate accuracy and consistent quote returns
- Assist in carrier revenue reporting
- Find opportunities to enhance revenue opportunities
- Assist in carrier training and carrier quality assurance in the agency
- Support agency compliance program via carrier reporting and call monitoring for adherence to specific carrier requirements
- Work alongside senior leadership and teammates to create ideal digital customer experiences that maximize revenue
- Utilize data, carrier feedback and competitor and industry research to bring forward ideas and garner cross functional buy-in
- Perform other duties and special projects as needed
- Manage and execute tasks efficiently across organization
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of related personal lines P&C insurance industry experience, preferably in an independent agency.
- Ability to lead analysis and problem solving, utilizing Google and Microsoft Suites, with the ability to think strategically
- Demonstrated track record of relationship development and success
- Intellectually curious, takes initiative to dig deeper and understand business drivers
- Ability to quickly assess client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management experience preferred, high attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation
- USA Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000*
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
