This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

Red Ventures is seeking a Compliance Associate to join our Allconnect Utility Compliance team. The Compliance Associate role is a dynamic position that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, the desire to identify and resolve issues, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. As a Compliance Associate, you will monitor for adherence of company policies and guidelines via call recording audits, develop necessary controls and training, and report on internal risks to our partnerships.

What you will do:

• Act as a subject matter expert for our Allconnect Utility team and liaison between affiliates and partners for product updates and compliance violations.
• Assisting in compliance operation functions such as scripting development and product improvements
• Providing constructive feedback to sales team regarding compliance issues
• Maintaining compliance guidelines and communicating changes to sales team.
• Collaborating with internal functional team to ensure policies and procedures are aligned across business teams.
• Resolve identified compliance issues urgently and efficiently
• Communicate with partners on fulfilling call request.
• Conduct call audits on behalf of partners for policy adherence.
• Issuing compliance coachings for sales leadership teams

Compensation:

Cash Compensation Range: $50,000 - 65,000
