Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Product Manager. In this senior role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver world-class products.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, integrating user feedback and data analytics to refine product features.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure product success.
• Agile Methodologies: Champion and implement agile methodologies to enhance product development efficiency and responsiveness.
• Budget Management: Oversee product budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BE/MBA, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience. Preferably in a product-based company.
• Deep understanding of product development processes and technologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and the use of metrics to drive product decisions.
• Extensive experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Superior problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
