Key Responsibilities

-Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights.

-Work with well-structured SQL data models from our Data Engineers, contributing to their ongoing refinement as business needs evolve.

-Partner with marketing and sales teams to understand their objectives and deliver timely, impactful data solutions that support our growth.

-Integrate and analyse data from platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC tools, and Salesforce.

-Support the Marketing Analytics Manager in fostering a data-led culture and promoting self-service BI.

-Define, document, and deliver KPIs and dashboards aligned with business strategy.

-Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement across the BI function.

-(Desirable) Explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and insight.

About You

-Proven experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI – you’re confident being the team’s go-to expert.

-Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.

-Understanding of marketing and sales data, ideally with exposure to Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC, and related tools.

-Experience working with or building reports in Salesforce, or another CRM.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to translate data into stories and actionable insights.

-Curious, detail orientated, and proactive in improving data quality and reporting efficiency.

-(Nice to have) Experience with AI tools or predictive analytics.

-(Nice to have) Knowledge and experience of implementing Google Tag Manager tagging and tracking pixels.
