  • Support and organize Club and SKO trips from inception to completion to include budget tracking
  • Build PPT decks for All Hands, Board meetings, customer and partner presentations, internal and external meetings
  • Draft, write, organize internal messaging
  • Involved in a variety of projects spanning all parts of Talkdesk including internal initiatives, new market explorations, etc
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between executives across Talkdesk, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration across the organization
  • Collaborate with other Talkdesk teams focused on Sales and Partnerships, FPA and Investor Relations, and Business Development
  • Work directly with the Executive to support their day-to-day business needs
  • Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables – setting agenda, drafting correspondence, and following up on initiatives to facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively execute on top priorities
  • Arrange executive travel (domestic and international)


  • 8+ years of Executive Operations experience within a hyper-growth organization
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with IPO readiness and roadshow travel, preparation and confidentiality is a huge plus
  • Be comfortable working as a part of a very fast paced team with a high sense of discretion and urgency
  • Tech savvy including experience working with Google applications
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player - always willing to jump in when needed
  • Ability to prioritize and appropriately schedule assignments or tasks to meet established deadlines
