About the role:

As the Director of Partner Marketing, you will own and scale Tempo's global partner marketing strategy, driving revenue growth through our ecosystem of Channel Partners and Marketplace Partners. Based in Europe and reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will lead all partner marketing initiatives worldwide—building programs that enable partners to successfully market, sell, and implement Tempo's solutions.

This is a hands-on strategic leadership role that sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales. You will be deeply embedded in co-marketing campaigns, field marketing initiatives, co-selling motions, and partner enablement. You'll collaborate closely with Partner Sales on account planning and lead routing, while also driving content creation and supporting our bi-weekly partner webinar program. The ideal candidate is a seasoned partner marketing leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, builds strong relationships, and delivers measurable business impact.

What you'll do:

Co-Marketing Campaigns

  • Design, launch, and manage joint marketing campaigns with Channel Partners including Systems Integrators, VARs, and regional solution providers

  • Develop integrated campaign strategies spanning email, digital advertising, social media, content syndication, and events

  • Create co-branded campaign assets, landing pages, and promotional materials for partner use

  • Manage co-op/MDF fund allocation, campaign budgets, and ROI tracking for all co-marketing initiatives

  • Execute joint demand generation programs that drive qualified leads for both Tempo and partners

  • Coordinate campaign calendars across multiple partners and regions to maximize market coverage

  • Measure and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and partner marketing ROI

Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute field marketing events targeting partner customer bases, including executive roundtables, workshops, and regional seminars

  • Support partners with local event execution, providing Tempo speakers, content, and promotional support

  • Coordinate Tempo and partner presence at industry trade shows, Atlassian events, and regional conferences

  • Develop geo-specific marketing programs tailored to regional partner and customer needs

  • Drive attendance and engagement for partner-hosted customer events and user groups

  • Build scalable event playbooks and kits that partners can leverage independently

Partner Enablement

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive partner enablement program that equips partners to effectively market and sell Tempo solutions

  • Create and deliver partner onboarding programs, sales training, and certification paths

  • Develop sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning materials

  • Build and manage a partner portal with easy access to marketing assets, campaign kits, product resources, and co-brandable content

  • Conduct regular partner training sessions, product updates, and enablement webinars

  • Ensure partners have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to demo, position, and close Tempo solutions

  • Gather partner feedback to continuously improve enablement resources and programs

Co-Content Creation

  • Develop a library of partner-focused content including solution briefs, use case guides, ROI calculators, and implementation guides

  • Create co-brandable content templates that partners can customize for their own marketing efforts

  • Produce partner case studies, success stories, and customer testimonials highlighting partner-led wins

  • Write blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content for partner audiences

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to adapt core messaging and content for partner channels

  • Ensure all partner content is up-to-date, on-brand, and aligned with current product positioning

Partner Webinar Program

  • Support and collaborate on Tempo's bi-weekly partner webinar program, working closely with the Community & Influencer Manager

  • Identify and recruit partner speakers, co-presenters, and customer references for webinars

  • Develop webinar content, topics, and themes that showcase partner expertise and joint solutions

  • Drive partner promotion of webinars to their customer bases to maximize attendance

  • Coordinate follow-up campaigns and lead handoff processes post-webinar

  • Track webinar performance and partner engagement metrics

Marketplace Partner Marketing

  • Build relationships with Atlassian's partner and ecosystem marketing teams to identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities

  • Collaborate with technology partners and complementary Marketplace vendors on joint initiatives and integrations marketing

  • Leverage Atlassian partner programs, events (such as Team and Atlassian Community Events), and resources to amplify Tempo's reach

Partner Marketing Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy that drives awareness, pipeline, and revenue

  • Define partner segmentation, tiering, and marketing investment strategies to maximize ROI

  • Set goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure partner marketing effectiveness

  • Drive partner communications including newsletters, product updates, and program announcements

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystem developments

  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
