About The Team
Our Business Development Representatives play a pivotal role on our Marketing team! Our BDR’s are
instrumental in growing our net-new sales pipeline. The primary focus is identifying, developing, and
creating new business opportunities for the Field Sales Executive(s). This is an office based role, working a hybrid schedule.

The pay range for this position is $55,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. About The Team
Our Business Development Representatives play a pivotal role on our Marketing team! Our BDR’s are

About The Role
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory with support from the field
- Leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue
- Utilize knowledge of UKG products and solutions to enhance the client’s or prospect’s interest of UKG
- Partner with the field sales team to promote UKG 's business initiatives and to enhance the customer
- Employ expert probing skills to expand contacts or define new product requirements within a prospect
- Maintain expected metrics of outbound calls and targeted emails to increase number of live
- Provide qualified lead information to the field sales organization to assist in account progression or
Basic Qualifications
- One-year professional experience in a BDR/SDR/Sales/Prospecting or customer facing type role or a college degree in sales with 6 months+ BDR/SDR/Sales/Prospecting or customer facing experience
- Strong business development, prospecting, sales and/or marketing background
- Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the enterprise software industry, specifically HCM or Workforce Management
- Familiar or certified in a common sales methodology (e.g. Sandler, Holden, AAISP etc.)
- Proficient in using a CRM tool such as Salesforce.com
