Workhuman is seeking a passionate and dynamic Consultant to join the Workhuman Consulting Practice. This role will act in a customer-facing capacity, playing a key role in developing and executing effective strategies and communications campaigns to support the successful launch and growth of customers’ recognition programs. You will strategically partner with Workhuman’s Customer Excellence team to drive strong program adoption and overall program success with new customers. Key responsibilities will include:
Consult with customers’ leaders to define recognition strategies and align programs to best practice
Lead project kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and business reviews with customer program teams and executives
Guide customers through the communications and training aspects of their program management by collaborating on the development of project plans, recommending innovative change management approaches, and facilitating regular project meetings
Support customers’ socialization efforts by delivering business cases and project updates to key executives
Facilitate live training with targeted customer audiences
Collaborate with other Workhuman team members to ensure custom-designed deliverables are accurate, professional, creative, and aligned with best practice
Lead public presentations and workshops with existing and prospective customers to educate HR and business leaders on the impact of recognition

Ability to anticipate, interpret, and engage in needs of the customer and identify opportunities to influence customers and readily share a professional point of view
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to express ideas, recommendations, and solutions effectively. Demonstrated tact and diplomacy in communications with customers and natural ability to use active listening skills to respond creatively to customers’ needs
Excellent writing skills and aptitude for producing concise communication pieces in Word and PowerPoint format
Excellent presentation skills demonstrating a positive, professional, and engaging style
Comfort with technology and understanding of the importance of staying current with trends affecting our customers’ systems and their impact on customers’ businesses.
Excellent understanding of HR concepts
Demonstrated experience in one or more HR-related disciplines, including talent management, total rewards, employee engagement, employee communications, or organizational development
Track record as an internal or external go-to resource for leaders relative to strategic workplace topics
Proven experience successfully navigating sophisticated, complex business environments
