A Senior Manager, Product Research will drive and manage the user research team. The Senior Manager Product research has the responsibility for establishing our research strategy, managing team resourcing, coordinating research studies across multiple business areas and helping to grow the maturity of our research capabilities. Also partnering with other managers and company leaders to direct research efforts across high visibility and strategic projects. In addition, the Research Manager will establish best working practices with their team, hire for top talent and establish career development plans with the team members.

The Skills you will bring
Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate Qualification in HCI (Human Computer Interaction) ,UCD (User Centred Design) or related field
10+ years relevant experience including proven experience in people leadership
Clear, direct, empathic, and approachable leadership style.
Comfortable coordinating multiple high impact projects.
Keep up to date with research projects and initiatives across all the responsible product areas.
Review research output, consistency, and champion the quality of work.
Ability to think ahead, consider multiple initiatives and have a forward-thinking approach to where we can take our product experience
Ability to grow, future and form strong relationships with key stakeholders, engineering, product, and wider business leaders.
