Account Based Marketing Manager
Pipeline and customer growth are everyone’s responsibility and there is no marketing role closer to those objectives at Workhuman than the Account Based Marketing Manager. This role sits at the unique intersection of program ownership, revenue accountability, strategy, and operations. In this role, you are not an order-taker, you are a trusted advisor and partner. If the marketing team is an orchestra, you are the conductor – keenly aware of what each team is responsible for and able to assemble the right elements to drive success within your programs. You’ll own programs (and events), become deeply invested in our must-win prospects and strategic customer accounts, and have high visibility across the organization.

The Skills you will bring:
Experience strategizing and leading field/ABM/revenue marketing programs at the enterprise level in a B2B sales environment
Skilled relationship builder with sales, business development and/or customer teams
Demonstrated comfort and agility handling shifting priorities and timelines
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and revenue reporting metrics
You have delivered multichannel global and/or bespoke programs in support of sales and customer goals: Channels may include web, paid media, pre-sales support, events, direct mail, content, and sales enablement materials
You truly enjoy – and have a successful track record of - creating partnerships across go-to-market functions; sales sees you as a partner and trusted advisor, not an order-taker
You understand how to craft and tailor messaging to adapt to individual sales cycles and processes
You have a deep appreciation for “how work gets done” and are a thoughtful and strategic partner with teams like project management, creative (working with both in-house and agency models a plus), events, and content
You are resourceful and autonomous – you are a part of an impactful broader mission but are able to work independently and use sound business judgement in the day-to-day
