The Opportunity

AdminX is the powerful engine that puts the power in the hands of our customers, giving them the reins to control the backstage magic of the Workhuman recognition platform. It transcends more than administration, offering full mastery over every facet of the program's capabilities.

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for gathering requirements, understanding business problems and opportunities, empathising with users to determine their needs, and designing solutions based on the design-thinking methodology. The role is a blend of UX and UI skills, and the expected deliverables include low fidelity prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and documentation.

The Senior Product Designer will play a pivotal role in helping stakeholders make informed decisions and work alongside other designers to ensure a consistent experience throughout the entire platform.

What we can offer you:

  • An opportunity to run end-to-end design process: collaborating with engineering, shipping products and making iterative improvements from sketches to delivery.

  • Creating user flows and designing solutions that align with strategic goals.

  • Collaboration with product management, product research and analytics to understand users, the context and the competitive landscape.

  • Autonomy to explore different ways to improve user engagement using a data-informed approach at the various stages of the user journey.

  • You will get to communicate design decisions and providing feedback to other designers.

  • Ensure the quality and standard of your work alongside our design system.

  • Design accessible solutions and creating prototypes in Figma.

  • Participate in broader design team’s goals and activities to help improve our processes (e. g. Design System).

  • Mentor others and help grow the knowledge of the design team.

The Skills You Will Bring

  • 6 Years working in a product design role or similar.

  • Experience running workshops with multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Understanding the complexity behind design decisions and being able to communicate with engineering teams effectively.

  • Understand how data impacts design decisions.

  • Familiarity with research tools and techniques.

  • Experience with wire-framing & prototyping.

  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and understand how to choose the right process for each problem you solve.

  • Ability to communicate design rationales effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail.

As part of the application, we ask you to submit a portfolio demonstrating your design process and skills.
