Job Description:

The Opportunity:

You will be part of the team responsible for leading the procurement and management of services providers across the company.

The value you will deliver

• You will drive strategic cross functional teams and engage in procurement planning with relevant teams via a strategic sourcing process for all types of supplies and services.

• Identify, develop and deploy industry-leading supplier management, procurement and category management practices; by review and research of solutions to enhance sourcing and procurement performance, platforms & service delivery issues.

• Introduce new and innovative ideas for the sourcing and procurement of services.

• You will lead the tendering process and evaluation of new service providers including; issuing and reviewing RFIs/ RFQs, evaluating commercial proposals, risk mitigation analysis safeguarding long-term viability and sustainability of vendors and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

• Establish Service Level Agreements (SLA) that clearly define supplier performance expectations, consequences of under-performing, over-performing, trigger points, conditions and processes for remediation.

• Lead contract and commercial negotiations with existing and new service providers/vendors to achieve improved terms/costs.

• Perform contract ownership, including serving as a liaison between suppliers and departments for compliance with contract terms and conditions.

• Monitor supplier’s volume, value & SLA reports and prepares bi-annual supplier performance reports.

• Hold regularly scheduled joint relationship reviews with suppliers to facilitate ongoing relationship management.

• Establish strong collaborative relationships with Procurement Operations, Finance and (etc.) teams to develop sound operational processes, including a platform for problem resolution to ensure performance measurement objectives are met.

• Ensure all paperwork (contracts, MNDA, Certificates of Insurance, etc.) has been filled by vendors on awards of service.

• Prepare regular updates focusing on vendors, services, risks, issues, and continuous improvement opportunities.

The skills you will bring

• Minimum 6-8 years experience in Procurement and Sourcing including integrated systems and platforms.

• Intermediate MS Office.

• Experience in Operations environment.
