Job Description:

The Opportunity:

Senior Product Managers at Workhuman operate at the intersection of strategy and execution to prioritize and deliver high-value product features to help achieve established OKRs. Continually learning from our customers and company strategy, you will lead our teams to bring our clients & their employees the best experiences thru the Microsoft 365 applications that extend and enrich their exposure to the Workhuman application portfolio. The Senior Product Manager will interface at many levels and with various teams across the company to guarantee alignment & success with both internal and external stakeholders.

What we can offer you:

· The opportunity to own the roadmap to describe how Workhuman will bring its key functionality to bear in high value, strategic applications such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Microsoft’s Viva suite of applications, Outlook and others

· The opportunity to understand, interpret and communicate Microsoft’s roadmap as it relates to potential investment in the Workhuman roadmap. Including new avenues for integration, new experiences within the Microsoft 365 platform and the potential intersections of the Workhuman and Microsoft AI strategies

· The opportunity to monitor ongoing usage of delivered functionality to determine continued prioritization and investment, or revamp/retirement of poorly used capabilities

· Work with early adopter clients during evaluation, setup and deployment phases of their rollouts

· The opportunity to partner with product leadership in understanding the high-level opportunities on the product backlog that, when prioritized, deliver the most impactful and valuable features aligned with strategic goals

· The opportunity to present and maintain a roadmap distilling initiatives down into epic-level increments for aligned delivery team(s), proving lineage and clarity from OKRs down to sprint goals

· The opportunity to build the trust, respect and confidence with the extended technical team in terms of being able to articulate the ‘WHY’ behind the product backlog and aligning them on the vision

· The opportunity to clearly articulate and manage product requirements, through writing, breaking down and refining epics and user stories and acceptance criteria. Have a clear focus on always delivering business value

· The opportunity to support the UX team to arrive at prototypes/mock-ups to test with customers and that will drive the sprint execution

· The opportunity to enable the delivery team during each sprint to be successful. Clarify requirements, make priority calls, review test plans and review development work and participate in scrum rituals

· The opportunity to partner with the Director of Product Management in understanding the high-level opportunities on the product backlog that, when prioritized, deliver the most impactful and valuable features aligned with strategic goals

· The opportunity to support the Director of Product Management and Product Marketing team in incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners, and in-house teams into product strategy and find innovative ways to expand product market reach

The skills you bring:

· Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 surface, from the perspective of how it’s different applications can be used in integration scenarios.

· An emerging understanding of leading AI technologies and the potential application in HR scenarios & across surfaces such as Microsoft 365, Slack and more

· Familiarity with integration approaches across enterprise deployments of other 3rd party collaboration platforms

· Can work with clients at technical level describing deployment, testing and exchanging feedback

· Adept at engaging with end users, stakeholders, and partners to empathize with their needs, and understand their goals.

· Comfortable and experienced in presenting product strategy and findings to an executive-level audience

· Inclusive collaborator who works well with technical and non-technical people

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and persuade peers and leadership on your ideas and vision for the product

· Strong leadership qualities with ability to communicate product vision and decisions across geographically distributed teams.

· Experience performing market and competitive analysis

Achievements:

· 7+ years working as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile/Scrum product development environment

· Proven experience with integration approaches across the Microsoft 365 platform

· Working knowledge of AI, with specific understanding of the Microsoft Co-Pilot strategy

· A track-record of product innovation changing the dynamics of an existing or emerging market

· SaaS delivery model experience is a must-have, in either B2B or B2C environments

· Experience in delivering product initiatives that are large scale in terms of target audiences & delivery venues (i.e. Microsoft), complexity of problems solved, scope of functionality offered, etc.

· Must have a strong bias for action i.e. you are pro-active in figuring out what problems to tackle and then execute on solving them
