Job Description:

The Opportunity

The role of a Marketing Campaign Manager is to manage campaign execution across go to market functions and provide expertise in automation software that streamlines processes, automates manual workflows, and sets up measurement tools that generate actionable insight. The Marketing Campaign Manager's goal is to use automation to improve operational efficiencies and grow the bottom line on a global scale.

**This is a hybrid role that requires at least two days a week onsite in our Framingham, MA HQ office.

What we can offer you

  • Create, manage, Q&A, and execute campaigns

  • Opportunity to work on a global scale coordinating elements from multiple teams to execute on deliverables for campaigns and projects

  • Lead/develop marketing automation team to support the company initiatives and goal

  • Partner with marketers to make data driven decisions using reporting and analytics to improve and report on campaign performance

  • Manage execution of Adobe Marketo journey-based marketing campaigns including assets review, segmentation, list management, campaign flow, email, landing page and form creation, testing, tracking

The Skills you will bring

  • Strong attention to detail and experience managing global data

  • Awareness of global email regulations (CASL, GDPR, CCPA etc)

  • Time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, and prioritize completing priorities.

  • Service-oriented individual with strong people/relationship management skills

  • Ability to support projects across multiple teams that result in improved programs and greater ROI (return on investment)

  • Strategic Thinking & problem solving capability

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills


  • You have experience within a MAP (Marketing Automation Platform Marketo and SFDC Marketing Cloud Preferred)

  • Knowledge of company CRM system (Salesforce)

  • Understanding of system integrations (Vendors)

  • Experience building automated workflows (Scoring Models, Lead Life Cycles)

  • You have a strong technical background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)

  • You have 2+ years’ experience in marketing automation & email campaign management
