Job Description:

The Planner is a key role in the demand planning team.

You will support the continued successful and scalable delivery of high-level accurate demand planning forecasts within the operations group.

In the role you will create and maintain forecast models across all product ranges, incorporating business intelligence and forecasting information gathered from various sources.

The role is a key interface between planning, procurement, finance, customer, and e-commerce departments.

What we can offer you.

  • The role will give you the ability to create plans and express your own opinions on future demand patterns.
  • You will get training on the Forecasting Application (ForecastPro) and have opportunities to compare the different types of forecasting models and decide the best one for each scenario.
  • Management of the Planning system and the ability to improve service/metrics by updating material master data in the Epicor system.
  • Analysis of new Clients, Partners, and Products to determine rationalisation/additional initiatives.
  • The opportunity to reimagine the processes and make improvements to bring them to the next level.

The Skills you will bring to the role.

  • Supporting the demand planning manager in day-to-day activities and projects.
  • Managing the weekly reporting up-dates incl. management presentations updates.
  • Monitoring client demand patterns and highlighting relevant insights/trends.
  • Forecasting future demand and creating planning scenarios based on different assumptions.

Achievements.

  • 4+ years’ experience in a planning role using ERP/MRP system a requirement.
  • Experience working in a Team environment dealing with stakeholders.
  • Expert user of Microsoft suite including Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Creating and delivering Presentations.
  • Project management experience would be beneficial.
  • Supply Chain/Planning certification.
