Job Description:

The Sr. Marketing Programs Specialist will help develop and execute acquisition campaigns for Workhuman global events, including our flagship annual conference Workhuman Live, as well as Workhuman Live Forum, Spotlight digital events, and tradeshows. In this role, you will help establish and execute an ongoing cadence of promotional campaigns, aimed at our target audiences that generates event registration and participation to create new opportunities and influence existing deals. Working cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team, you will collaborate on the development, execution, and tracking of promotional content across an integrated multi-channel campaign structure.

**This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days a week onsite in our Framingham, MA HQ office**

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the implementation and execution of Workhuman event marketing campaigns to deliver registrations, brand awareness and desired business outcomes including MQLs, meetings and pipeline growth

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, nurture, paid and organic social, display, 3rd party publications, content syndication and sales enablement tools

  • Lead the development of program briefs for event promotion campaigns

  • Build relationships with internal marketing and enablement teams to design cross promotional calendars that optimize events

  • Communicate with stakeholders, track deadlines and provide input on creative/copy development.

  • Manage and own specific projects related to event marketing, including cross-functional promotions and performance tracking

  • Track, measure and report on event marketing programs

  • Manage trafficking of promotional assets across internal and external partners

The skills you will bring:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, enterprise environment

  • Experience with demand generation required, event promotion preferred (including conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and similar)

  • Understanding and experience executing multi-channel marketing activity (i.e., email, social, display, content syndication, print or third party)

  • Experience with marketing metrics and campaign measurement/reporting

  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (i.e., Marketo) a plus but not required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to details required

  • Ability to multi-task and project manage to keep priorities in order

  • Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team environment

  • High energy and positive “can do” attitude

  • Ability to travel to events as necessary (~15%)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred
