Job Description:

The Opportunity:

The Ecommerce team is looking for an expert Senior Specialist—Store Engagement Campaign Manager, to join the greater Workhuman communications taskforce and center of excellence. In this role, you will influence and develop the E-mail strategy, impacting the greater Recognition flywheel by driving user engagement within the Ecommerce rewards platform. You will help define new customer segments, identify campaign opportunities in existing deployment tools, be responsible for monitoring and managing phases of the campaign development cycle, and report out key learnings to relevant stakeholders. Extensive experience working in various ESPs (automation and triggered campaign experience is a plus) with tremendous attention to detail & a strong analytical background is a must; client-facing/ account management/ ecommerce experience preferred.

This role requires a tremendous amount of cross-functional partnership. Excitement around building strong relationships and developing synergy across multiple stakeholder teams is critical. The ideal candidate is also a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing company with a track record of delivering impactful results to the business.

**This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week onsite in our Framingham, MA HQ office**

What we can offer you in this role:

  • The opportunity to use data analytics to create new target personas, optimize user segmentation, and email personalization while managing email workflow updates with cross functional stakeholders

  • The ability to learn about multiple aspects of the Workhuman product (with specific emphasis on the Ecommerce experience) and partner with relevant marketing teams to create a seamless multi-channel comms experience for end-users

  • Exposure to new business opportunities, client launches, and product rollouts and the opportunity to strategically incorporate relevant messaging into greater ecommerce engagement strategies

  • The opportunity to work closely with relevant stakeholders including creative, category management, customer teams, analytics, and engineering

The skills and experience you will bring to this role:

  • 3-5 years of email marketing experience with knowledge of ESPs (customer.io or similar)

  • Experience influencing and optimizing marketing strategies across a diverse customer base while meeting and exceeding on business targets

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong analytical and reporting skills

  • A track record establishing and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships

What achievements in this role look like:

  • Managing the day-to-day campaign development process; meeting key deliverables and SLAs while proactively communicating updates to all relevant stakeholders

  • Refining existing marketing campaigns while uncovering new opportunities to bolster user-engagement and drive revenue within the rewards platform

  • Delivering consistent engagement updates to stakeholders while enhancing and iterating comms resources and existing reporting

  • Solidifying highly collaborative relationships with a dynamic set of internal and external partners, and ensuring the ecommerce experience is accurately represented in all relevant marketing materials and partner campaigns
