**This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week onsite in our Framingham, MA HQ office**

The Skills you will bring

  • Experience with verbal and written communication abilities to clearly conveying HR policies, provide guidance, mediate conflicts, and ensure smooth interactions with employees and management.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring all HR processes are efficient and deadlines are met.

  • The ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues is crucial. This includes addressing employee grievances, navigating complex HR regulations, and finding innovative solutions to improve HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in HR management systems, like Workday, or other relevant software is important in order to maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance, and streamlining HR operations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners. This includes empathy, active listening, and the ability to work collaboratively.

  • A solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations is essential to ensure compliance and effectively advising on HR policies and procedures.

Achievements

  • Worked closely with a diverse team of HR professionals, contributing to the development and application of innovative HR practices.

  • Leveraged Workday to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and country-specific regulations, contributing to a seamless and compliant HR operation.

  • Supported the recruitment and hiring process by conducting interviews, issuing employment contracts and offer letters, and updating records for new hires. Successfully managed the onboarding process, collecting new hire feedback and overseeing the probation process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

  • Managed employee separations and conducted comprehensive exit interviews, collecting valuable data to inform future HR strategies and improve retention rates.

  • Acted as a key liaison between HR and other departments such as payroll and benefits, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of HR-related matters across the organization.
