The Opportunity
Workhuman’s Demand Generation team is growing and in search of an agile, accountable, and collaborative Demand Generation Manager. The Demand Generation Manager will own, plan, execute, and measure multichannel marketing campaigns that are critical to Workhuman’s predictable and quality pipeline growth. The right candidate will also assist Growth Marketing leadership in advancement of reporting capabilities and strategies, innovate our playbook, and evolve ways of working to improve program speed, quality, and campaign responses.
In this role you will work directly with our Business Development team, external agencies, and internal stakeholders such as data/reporting, project management, paid media, content marketing, and marketing operations. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation.
**Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office**
What we can offer you
Plan, execute, and report on multichannel Demand Generation programs supporting a variety of personas and content themes
Own the execution of various webinars throughout the year from abstract through enablement
Participate in and contribute to planning initiatives
Participate in training programs to further your Demand Generation experience
Collaborate closely with BDRs to power program efficacy by understanding their goals and success metrics
Opportunity to tell a story with data, reporting on programs both by channel and in aggregate as they impact sales productivity
Make an impact by identifying and examining areas of opportunity within your programs with a collaborative mindset
Collaborate with dynamic internal marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure program delivery success
The Skills you will bring
Deeply understand Workhuman’s content narrative to spur thoughtful collaboration with content teams
Communicate with stakeholders, track deadlines, and provide input on creative/copy development
5+ years of cumulative marketing experience, preferably in a technology/B2B/or agency environment with progressive responsibilities
Thoughtful communication and partnership skills, with ability to “push back”
Achievements
Experience executing Demand Gen and/or account-based marketing programs at scale for enterprise-grade SaaS
Ability to clearly identify and solution improvements to day-to-day operations
Superior attention to detail and quality
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred
