Who are you?
We are looking for a Senior SEO/GEO Specialist to take full ownership of our brand’s discoverability. Your goal is to ensure we rank #1 on traditional search engines (Google) and serve as the "primary source" for AI Answer Engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). You will manage the entire ecosystem - from on-site content to off-site reputation and sentiment.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- GEO: Optimize brand footprint to ensure high visibility and citation frequency within AI-generated responses and LLM summaries.
- SEO: Lead technical SEO, schema architecture, and a high-authority content strategy that establishes topical dominance.
- Reputation & Sentiment Ownership: Manage the brand's presence across all review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, Google Business) and community threads (Reddit, Quora) to influence the data AI agents crawl.
- Agent Ranking & Tracking: Monitor and improve our ranking across "AI Agents"- ensuring our brand is the top recommended entity for industry-relevant queries.
- Integrated Content Strategy: Create SEO-driven content that is structured specifically for "Answer Engine" retrieval (RAG-friendly formats).

Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of proven success in SEO/GEO.
- SaaS Background: Prior experience in the SaaS industry is a significant advantage (understanding of PLG, high-intent keywords, and software review cycles).
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC) and experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) optimization.
- Reputation Management: Proven ability to manage reviews and comments across platforms to influence brand perception.
