About the role
For the past year, we've built Yousign's Revenue hiring engine alongside a trusted external partner. We're now bringing this expertise in-house, to own and transform it!
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting for approximately 30 roles over the next 12 months. The majority of these roles will be in the Revenue and Customer teams (AE/AM, SDR, TSM), as well as leadership roles, in France and international markets. Demanding, often complex.
But volume is not the point. Impact is.
You will work closely with the CRO and Revenue leadership as a partner who challenges, advises, and holds the line on quality. You will shape how Yousign hires, train managers to make sharper decisions, and build an employer brand that attracts talent before they're actively looking.
You will mentor Guillhem, our TA Manager currently, and lead cross-functional initiatives such as AI integration, data and reporting, employer branding, hiring excellence. In the future, you may be sollicited on Product & Tech roles, depending on team priorities.

This role is based in one of our offices: Paris, Caen, Bordeaux, or Barcelona.
What you will do
Full-cycle Revenue recruiting
Own end-to-end recruitment for ~30 Revenue roles per year across France and international markets (IT, DACH, and beyond): AE, SDR, TSM, etc. but also Leadership if needed
Lead proactive sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and targeted events
Manage inbound applications with rigor and a consistently high quality bar
Drive offer negotiations and closings with care and proficiency
Bring expertise in Mid-Market and complex sales cycles; familiarity with regulated environments is a plus
Current ATS : TeamTailor
Business partnership
Act as a strategic partner to the CRO other senior business leaders: challenge hiring briefs and scorecards, influence decisions, and bring business sense that shifts perspectives
Train and coach hiring managers to become sharper interviewers and better decision-makers
Hold your ground in complex or high-stakes hiring situations: difficult markets, previous misalignment, high-pressure timelines
Build trusted relationships with demanding stakeholders without losing your point of view
TA excellence: data, AI, and projects
Own TA metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting. You should diagnose where the pipe breaks and drive solutions
Lead the integration of AI tools into recruitment workflows, with a clear, measurable impact lens
Move our employer branding from organic to proactive, and build it to last
Mentor our TAM and contribute to raising the overall excellence of the TA function
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects: tooling, DEI, candidate experience, hiring practices
Partner with People, Finance, and Revenue to keep hiring plans aligned with business reality
What success looks like:
3 months: TA reporting is owned, improved and shared with leadership
6 months: You challenge constructively the headcount requests and connect each hire to a business outcome. Revenue leadership trusts your read on their org.
12 months: Hiring managers raise the bar
About you
Analytical and people-driven in equal measure: you go looking for problems in the data, and you solve them through people.
More specifically:
7-8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with deep expertise in Revenue hiring
Proven track record in international recruitment (including demanding markets such as UK or DACH) with 25+ quota-carrying profiles hired
Strong background in B2B Sales, including Mid-Market and complex sales cycles; regulated environments are a plus
You own your metrics and use them to make better decisions
You understand business fundamentals and can connect TA performance to company-level outcomes
You have adopted AI in recruitment with measurable results
You have led at least one high-impact TA project: process improvement, tooling, employer branding, or hiring excellence
French + English (C1 or above)
Autonomous, resilient, high-energy
A background in scale-up environments is expected; hypergrowth experience is a strong plus
Mentoring experience is a plus

Salary range : 65k-75k + BSPCE
