Brief summary of role:

Earlier this year, we created our first Sales Development presence in North America in Indianapolis, IN. Now, we are expanding and creating a team of Sales Development professionals eager to learn and contribute to one of the fastest growing companies in the Salesforce ecosystem in downtown Chicago. These positions are based in Chicago, IL (our River North global headquarters) and will require being in-office the majority of most weeks. Candidates will not be considered who are not willing to work in Chicago, IL.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who is keen to join the rapidly-growing Sales organization. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in SaaS Sales and grow with us.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond in a timely manner to all inbound inquiries, registrations, chats, and other contact collection methods
  • Cultivate initial engagement with prospects in order to generate qualified opportunities
  • Enter prospects into Outreach follow up prospecting sequences
  • Devise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are effectively tracked and monitored
  • Provide timely reporting on lead status of campaigns, including weekly lead qualification and opportunity reports
  • Pass qualified leads over to the Account Executive team

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous Sales or Marketing experience
  • Experience in a similar demand generation role, preferably in the IT sector
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and Sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, 6sense, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attitude for learning and assimilation of technical knowledge
  • Ability to effectively uncover challenges and/or pain points
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a team player
  • Motivated, self starter, curious, and detail-oriented
We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. The exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.
Salary Range (OTE)
$70,000$75,000 USD
