Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
  • Coach, support and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes
  • Continuous enablement for team members to confidently identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Work with your team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing team including; Events, Campaigns and Field Marketing
  • Inspire, lead and create a positive and high performance culture and sales environment
  • Own your teams metrics & performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity

We are looking for someone with:

The successful BDR/Inside Sales Manager will naturally have a proven aptitude for sales and high performance cultures and will most likely bring the following skills/experience:

  • 2 years of experience leading a fast-paced inside sales team of SDRs, BDRs, ADRs, Inside Sales execs or similar
  • Account Executive Experience, BDR
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial environment; someone who is unafraid to build the playbook as they go, roll up their sleeves, and execute through change
  • Experience working for a growth SaaS business selling to SMB and mid-market customers would be beneficial
  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
  • You are an advocate for numbers and metrics in managing a sales team and can intelligently identify areas for improvement
  • Proficient in sales prospecting software and tools (Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent)
  • Ability to inspire trust and confidence in order to coach and develop your team
  • Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Passionate about delivering excellence and excited by the challenge of working for a business with ambitious growth targets
  • Fluent in English, and ability to speak French or German advantageous but not required
