Role Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Copado, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our valued customers through dedicated support and guidance as part of our Signature Success offering. TAMs are highly skilled professionals who serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, and strategic alignment between our customers and Copado.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively support customers by monitoring performance, identifying potential issues, and providing recommendations to optimize the utilization of our software.
- Possess in-depth technical knowledge of our software and its underlying infrastructure to offer guidance, best practices, and architectural assistance.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, monitoring and guiding the resolution of technical issues in collaboration with the enterprise support team.
- Collaborate closely with customers and our internal teams to align software solutions with customer goals, develop tailored roadmaps, and maximize the value derived from our software.
- Lead mission-critical technology projects to improve the product and processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline the provisioning and automation of multiple deployment environments
- Support engineering teams in enhancing cloud capabilities within the product
- Monitor and maintain mission-critical components across our Hybrid SaaS offerings especially Salesforce
- Drive automation following infrastructure as code model and using SDLC best practices
Education and Professional Requirements
- 8+ years of professional IT experience
- 5+ years working in a DevOps role within a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of Cloud best practices, operations and security.
- Experience with VCS, Git as the primary, and a solid understanding of Git workflow best practices
- Ability to write scripts in a variety of languages, Bash, Python etc
- 1+ years of hand on experience supporting large development teams
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience with NoSQL, Elastic Search, Redis
- Must have Robust Copado Experience
- Experience with ALMs like JIRA and Rally.
