Reports to Sr. Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Denver

About Copado

At Copado, we are revolutionizing the way organizations approach Salesforce DevOps. Our comprehensive suite of solutions empowers teams to collaborate more effectively and deliver higher quality software faster. We are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

We are seeking a highly organized and data-centric Campaign Manager to serve as an operational backbone for our Global Demand Generation efforts.

Reporting to the Sr. Campaign Manager, you will execute integrated GTM campaigns, acting as the central hub that connects Product Marketing strategy with downstream execution across Field, Digital, and Sales teams. You will own the global marketing calendar and be responsible for the consolidation of performance data, providing a single source of truth for campaign results across all channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

Integrated GTM Campaign Execution

  • Campaign Orchestration: Execute the end-to-end delivery of global integrated campaigns. You will translate high-level GTM strategies into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment across Content, Design, Digital, and Operations.

  • Launch Management: Monitor the operational aspect of major product launches and quarterly campaign themes. Ensure all assets—from landing pages to email sequences to paid ad creative—are compelling and delivered on time and on brand.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Product Marketing (messaging), Field Marketing (regional activation), Event Marketing (Global) and Digital Marketing (always-on amplification). You ensure the campaign narrative is consistent across every touchpoint.

Operational Rigor & Calendar Management

  • Global Calendar Ownership: You are the owner of the Master Global Marketing Calendar. You will manage the schedule to ensure a balanced cadence of webinars, content drops, and events, actively preventing audience fatigue and internal scheduling conflicts.

  • Project Management: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to drive accountability. You ensure that every stakeholder knows their deliverables and deadlines, maintaining strict adherence to workback schedules.

  • Audit campaign input: Make sure campaign owners are filling necessary data fields in the campaigns.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

  • Consolidated Reporting: You are responsible for aggregating and consolidating results across all marketing channels (Digital, Field, Event, Partner). You will move beyond channel-specific metrics to provide a holistic view of campaign performance. Drive pre-launch enablement and post-launch metric reviews to ensure learning and readiness.

  • ROI & Optimization: Monitor active campaigns against Demand Gen KPIs (MQLs, Pipeline Influenced, etc). Provide weekly updates to leadership on what is working, utilizing data to recommend real-time pivots in strategy.

BDR Enablement & Sales Alignment

  • BDR Education: Drive the "last mile" of campaign success by educating the Business Development Representative (BDR) team. You will provide them with the context, talking points, and "Campaign Kits" needed to follow up effectively.

  • Feedback Loops: Establish regular feedback mechanisms with BDR and Sales leadership to understand lead quality and messaging resonance, ensuring that marketing campaigns are actually driving sales conversations.

Required Professional & Technical Expertise

Professional Expertise:

  • 5-7+ years experience in B2B Demand Generation or Campaign Management, preferably in the SaaS/DevOps space.

  • Operational Excellence: You are operationally obsessed. You have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel calendars and holding cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines.

  • Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and the unique needs of this market is a strong plus.

  • Collaborative Leadership: A natural connector who creates a "One Team" environment. You thrive on bringing different teams together to solve problems and drive shared Demand Gen goals.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (understanding Campaign objects, lead statuses, and creating reports).

  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot or HubSpot) and how they power campaign flows.

  • Data Aggregation: Strong ability to consolidate data from disparate sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, Event Platforms) into unified performance dashboards.

  • Ability to articulate performance metrics to executive leadership

  • Strong writing skills—ability to draft email copy, landing page headlines, and BDR scripts that convert.
