Holistiplan is on a mission to democratize financial planning, making essential services accessible to everyone—not just the privileged few. The Senior Partnership Success Manager believes in providing world class solutions to Holistiplan’s partners.
As Holistiplan’s Senior Partnership Manager, you will be the primary engine driving value and growth for one of our most important assets: our partner firms. This is not a passive account management role; you will own the activation and strategic evolution of an existing book of business. Your mission is to move partners from “signed” to “fully integrated and growing,” ensuring every financial advisor within your portfolio views our platform as an indispensable part of their practice.
Key responsibilities include Portfolio Activation & Management, Strategic Success Planning, Growth & Expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end activation journey for an existing book of partner firms, ensuring increased adoption rates across advisor teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for firm leadership, navigating complex organizational structures within the financial services industry.
- Conduct regular Partner Business Reviews to monitor platform sentiment, usage depth, KPIs and churn risk.
- Curate and execute bespoke Partner Success Plans tailored to the unique goals of each firm (e.g., AUM growth, efficiency gains, or digital transformation).
- Drive organic growth within member firms by identifying “land and expand” opportunities (e.g., moving from a pilot group to firm-wide adoption).
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally with enterprise and customer success teams to segment and identify partnership channels and recommended support.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, customer service, customer success, enterprise sales, and/or partnerships – with proven experience in customer communications.
- Strong preference for experience as an advisor, planner, or working with financial advisors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead workable strategies to solve obstacles in the partner journey.
- Strong customer service and goal-driven mindset backed by advanced project management skills.
- Ability to refocus escalated issues towards developing solutions that drive both parties forward and open new opportunities.
- Advanced planning knowledge and capabilities with ability to learn new software tools on the job.
- High-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with some knowledge of planning fundamentals.
